1. Login
Access the system using your authorized credentials. Admin mode allows for
brand configuration, while Demo mode is limited to visualization.

2. Performing an Audit
- Select a customer from the Audit Queue.
- Click START AUDIT to connect with the live AI.
- Monitor the real-time transcription and voice levels.
- If a crisis is detected, the system will automatically trigger the Stress-AI protocol.
3. Reports and Analytics
At the end of each call, the system automatically generates an Executive
Summary that can be saved or exported for KPI tracking.
